b) Critically analyze the characteristics of the major forest management regimes.

c) What do you mean by decentralization and devolution of forest management?

4. a) Cricize the role of forest department on participatory forest management in Bangladesh.

b) Critically evaluate the current state of forest planning in Bangladesh with necessary flow charts.

c) “Conventional forest management trends to emphasize fixed rules and regulations for the maintainace of sustainable yields (Berkes et. At., 2000)”? - Contrast the statement with adaptive management of forest in reference to Douglas fir forests in the U.S.A.
