b) Describe briefly the characteristics of Sundarbans forest of Bangladesh.
3. a) What kind of forest floors exist in various forest types of Bangladesh? Why are they so?
b) Describe the role of micorrhizae in plantation forestry. .
c) Describe the traditional systems of tropical forest soil management.
4. a) Mention the different kinds of soil organisms with there function?
b) What are the critical factors that influence the biological activities of forest soil?
c) Critically evaluate the effects of tree growth on soil properties.
